Receiving an Autism or ADHD (or AuDHD) diagnosis in adulthood can feel both validating and unsettling. It may feel like everything suddenly makes sense for the first time.
There can also be grief associated with the recognition of a life spent masking and attempting to fit into a world not designed for your neurotype. I work with my late-diagnosed Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD clients to incorporate their budding neurodivergent identity into their existing identity framework.
Together, we will explore all of the emotions associated with a late diagnosis and work to understand what parts of your neurodivergent identity feel safe to be seen and known.

The overlap between OCD, Autism, ADHD, and/or AuDHD can be difficult to untangle. Together, we can explore which parts are compulsive versus regulating. Honoring the nuance of your experience means you can disrupt the patterns that keep you stuck without giving up the things that help you feel better.

Chronic illness, pain, or a cancer diagnosis are all-consuming experiences. These diagnoses affect every aspect of daily life, are frequently invisible, and are often misunderstood.
If you are living with chronic illness, pain, or a cancer diagnosis, we can discuss how your life is impacted, work through the grief associated with these experiences, and focus on using the spoons you have to live a life in accordance with your capacity.
If you feel trapped by fear and anxiety, stuck in a loop of thoughts and choices youād give anything to stop, you arenāt alone.
I help clients face the fear head-on and finally find freedom to reconnect with who they are and what they want.
Together, we will break down whatās getting in the way. With levity and depth, weāll explore what it means to live life on your own terms.
