What are you looking for?

  • Welcome! This first part can feel scary and overwhelming. That’s why I try to make the process as simple as possible. Check out these common FAQ’s about starting therapy or schedule your free 10-minute phone consultation here.

  • Talk therapy can be life-changing and sometimes we want more! In somatic therapy, the focus is on the memories in your body, not just the memories you can tell with words. In EMDR, your brain’s processing time is sped up so that you don’t have to relive or tell every detail of your most painful moments. Don’t worry, we still talk! I also weave somatics and EMDR throughout session for those who find it helpful.

  • Talk therapy has worked well for you, and your trauma no longer affects your day-to-day function. That being said, you’re also ready for a deeper awareness. Somatic therapy can do this.

  • If you feel a sense of urgency around your pain, let’s talk on the phone. I don’t want you to suffer any longer than you already have, and even if you don’t feel it’s the right fit, I can help you find who is.

Hi, I’m Nicole.

You survived trauma using a strength you never should have had to access. You know you aren’t in danger now, but it’s like your body never got the memo. I help clients learn how to feel safe again in their minds, bodies, and relationships.

I am passionate about inclusion, allyship, and advocacy and I prioritize continued education to provide specialized care to clients in marginalized communities.

Trauma happens in the body, but so does healing. I work with clients to find safety in their own bodies even if they’ve never felt it before. Using gentle, body-based interventions, we can complete the trauma cycle within your nervous system, opening your path to healing.

Trauma happens in relationships, but so does healing.  Within the therapy room, we can find ways of building connection and trust that expand outward. We can’t build meaningful relationships if we haven’t learned that they can be both vulnerable and safe at the same time. This is what therapy does.

Individual Therapy

50-minute session: $195

75-minute session: $290

  • I recommend a 75-minute session for our first meeting, but if this doesn’t feel good or accessible to you, it’s not required.

I do not accept insurance but I provide clients with a Superbill.
