Weekly Support Group for Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents

This group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm CST. The first half of each meeting will cover a specific relevant topic for reflection and tools for change. The second half will allow for sharing any struggles or reflections you’d like group discussion and support around.

What to Expect
Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a mix of structured activities and open play. This is a space where campers can move, make, imagine, and grow.

Campers ease into the day with light games, creative prompts, and a welcome circle to set the tone.

Guided outdoor activities and free play to stretch, move, and soak up some fresh air.

Campers will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks daily.

Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.

We'll end the day with a closing circle before campers head home for the evening.
Where to Find Us
Shuttle transportation is available to and from camp. Participants can be picked up near the York Street Subway Station on the F subway line. Subway access to the F, G, A, C, 2, 3 and B67.
